As part of University course, we were given brief to design Autumn season window display for John Lewis Oxford Street store.
Autumn is end of nature’s life-cycle, a season of transition in which people usually feel lonely or unconnected.
Autumn leaves are known to be beautiful and often people love to collect or at the least, admire them when they find a beautiful autumn leaf, something many of us are guilty of. The idea here is to connect to people emotionally which is something John Lewis is known for by “gifting” them an engraved real autumn leaf personalized with their name which will signify them to be a part of John Lewis as a family.

The window display consists of 2 parts, sides where products are displayed and the middle which is the main focus of the idea. People will be able to type their name and get a real autumn leaf engraved with their name. The leaf will be delivered in real-time from the slot below. The design language of the display is similar to what is expected of John Lewis.
