Overview

Bazaar’s website was redesigned to evolve from a B2B platform into a broader B2C and business ecosystem. The goal was a modern, minimal experience that clearly communicates what Bazaar offers, on every device.

The Challenge

One website had to speak to shoppers and to businesses — without making either feel like an afterthought.

  1. 01

    Two Audiences, One Experience

The website needed to serve both consumers and businesses without making either feel like an afterthought.

  2. 02

    Complex Offering to Communicate

With multiple services, benefits, and 30+ product categories, users needed a faster way to understand what Bazaar offers and what is relevant to them.

  3. 03

    Unclear Paths to Action

Users needed clearer navigation and content hierarchy to quickly move from discovering Bazaar to shopping, exploring Bazaar Pro, or contacting the business team.

(03)

The Approach

A clear, content-led experience with separate B2C and B2B journeys, bold typography, strong product visuals and simple navigation.

  1. 01

    Separate Journeys

Dedicated B2C and B2B paths so shoppers and businesses each reach what is relevant to them quickly.

  2. 02

    Bold Typography

Confident type and strong product visuals keep a large catalogue easy to scan and understand.

  3. 03

    Simple Navigation

A clearer hierarchy and navigation move people from discovery to shopping, Bazaar Pro, or the business team.

  4. 04

    Responsive Layouts

A mobile-first experience that stays consistent between desktop and mobile.
